Climate Actions: China & NZ

This dataset contains survey responses from 1,034 young adults aged 18–30 years, including 520 participants from China and 514 from New Zealand. The survey was designed to assess a range of psychological variables related to climate change, including emotional responses (e.g., experienced emotions, anticipatory emotions, and emotional affinity towards nature), cognitive variables (e.g., biospheric and altruistic values, environmental self-efficacy), and self-reported willingness to engage in various high-impact climate change mitigation behaviours (5 transportation, 8 dietary). The dataset includes anonymized participant responses and variable labels. The respective publications provide full details of the measures used.
