Collect at least 5 years of historical data for each user, including: region, household ID, bill generation date, payment initiation date, overdue date, actual payment date, outstanding amount, actual payment amount, actual payment channel, account balance and other relevant data. 2. Calculate and analyze user behavior characteristic data based on the data sources: overdue frequency, average overdue days, maximum overdue days; timely payment characteristics including total payment times, on-time payment rate, diversity of payment channels; prepaid account balance characteristics including annual average account balance and minimum account balance. 3. Train a random forest machine learning model using user payment behavior characteristic data, and divide user credit ratings into several levels (such as excellent, good, medium, poor). The thresholds for these levels can be set according to actual business requirements and the distribution of model outputs.
