Genome sequence of single Escherichia coli cell

This data contains genome sequence of single E.coli cell. The single cell genome was amplified with two kinds of MDA method. One is the conventinal in-tube MDA, and the other is droplet-based MDA. The aim of this project is to evaluate the effect of compartmentalization of MDA mixture.
