Manually cleaned UAV laser scanning (ULS) plots collected at Hainan Bawangling, with per-point individual-tree instance labels (the Tree_ID field). These plots are the new data contributed in the SylvaSeg3D study and form part of the PanTree training/evaluation set. The remaining portion of PanTree is the public FOR-instanceV2 dataset, which is released separately by its original authors (see Related identifiers); it is not re-distributed here. Each .ply file contains per-point fields including x, y, z, RGB, LiDAR attributes, and a Tree_ID instance label. File names encode plot id and the train/val/test split.
