Transcriptome of tumor biopsy sample of patient with non-small-cell lung adenocarcinoma, ALK rearrangement positive

We profiled gene expression in formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded (FFPE) tumor biopsy sample of the patient with non-small-cell lung adenocarcinoma, ALK rearrangement positive. Microrray analysis was performed for single biopsy sample. Sample was evaluated by a pathologist to confirm the diagnosis and estimate the tumor cell content (sample should contain at least 80% of tumor cells).
