Shared ancestry analysis, SGDP

Cumulative coalescent function (CCF) profiles between every pair of haploid genomes in data from the Simons Genome Diversity Project (SGDP). Profiles were inferred separately for each chromosome, and aggregated by diploid individual, as well as by SGDP population group.<br><b>See README for instructions.</b>
