miRNA sequencing of chondrogenic Mesenchymal Stem Cells treated with indoleamine 2,3 dioxygenase 1

Indoleamine 2,3 dioxygenase 1 (IDO1) is overexpressed in the synovial fluid of osteoarthritis patients. The relation between IDO1 and the low chondrogenic response of mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) was noticed in vitro. This study was performed to assess the molecular effect of IDO1 on the chondrogenesis of MSCs through observing miRNA changes.
