Raw data used in the manuscript titled 'NMR-based serum metabolomics in patients with low-differentiated serous ovarian cancer'

The folder contains raw data (NMR spectra of serum) used in the article: Klimek MM, Skorupa A, Ciszek M, Cichon T, Cichon B, Boguszewicz L, Witek A, Sokol M. Ginekol Pol. 2025;96(6):437-445. doi: 10.5603/gpl.101741. Epub 2025 Apr 25. PMID: 40278006. The sera samples were collected from patients diagnosed with high grade serous ovarian cancer (HGSOC) and from control group. Raw NMR spectra measured on Bruker Avance III 400 MHz NMR spectrometer: - 1H CPMG NMR spectra (path: sample_code/2/fid); - 1H DIFF NMR spectra (path: sample_code/3/fid); - 1H-1H J-resolved HR MAS NMR spectra (path: sample_code/4/ser).
