Appreciative theorization of gazelle companies assisted by the Sercotec Arica Business Center The role played by gazelles in economic development processes is a topic of growing interest in the scientific and business community. Empirical evidence agrees that gazelles and fast-growing firms are innovative, transformative economic structures with capabilities to promote economic growth. This paper examines the role of a group of gazelle firms assisted in Arica that positively weigh the cost-benefit ratio of the Business Center program in Chile. This path poses an exercise in “appreciative theorizing” —as Richard Nelson (2018) calls it— and examines various factors of growth that cannot be explained by economic models in equilibrium.塞科特科阿里卡商业中心（Sercotec Arica Business Center）帮扶瞪羚企业（gazelle companies）的鉴赏式理论建构 瞪羚企业在经济发展进程中所发挥的作用，已成为科研与商业界日益受到关注的议题。现有实证研究均表明，瞪羚企业与快速成长型企业属于具备推动经济增长能力的创新性、变革性经济结构。 本文聚焦于智利阿里卡地区一批接受该中心帮扶、对智利商业中心项目成本效益比给出积极评价的瞪羚企业，探讨其发挥的作用。 本研究采用了理查德·纳尔逊（Richard Nelson，2018）所称的“鉴赏式理论建构”路径，对诸多无法通过均衡经济模型（economic models in equilibrium）解释的增长影响因素展开分析。
