CITE-seq analysis of murine subcutaneos PDAC tumor models under pan-KRAS inhibitor and/or anti-PD1 treatment combinations

A multi-omic analysis of CITE-seq of a syngeneic model of PDAC unveils distinct phenotypic correlations of augmented anti-tumor immunity and a substantially reduced immunosuppressive tumor microenvironment (TME). This study presents KRASi and anti-PD1 as a promising drug combination for cancer patients with a multi-layered impact on both tumor cell intrinsic, as well as TME-dependent mechanisms. Overall design: In vivo treatment of mice harboring subcutaneous PKC7829c11 PDAC tumors, analysis of the tumor microenvironment using CITEseq.
