在灯具出厂前,采集用于乌克兰第聂伯罗商场灯EEI,从而确定灯具的能效等级,以适用于该特定场景下的照明需求,指导灯具优化设计方案,提高灯具的节能性能和使用寿命。1.数据来源:在灯具出厂前,随机抽取用于乌克兰第聂伯罗商场灯的成品,采集该路灯输入电压、电流、光通量和功率因子等参数。 2.数据处理 (1)基于采集的参数对灯具进行能效等级EEI分析: EEI=P*PF/Pref=IV*PF/Pref; 其中P是灯具的额定功率,PF是功率修正因子;Pref是灯的参考功率,Φuse为灯的有效光通量。 当Φuse<1300lm时:Pref =0.88√Φuse +0.049 Φuse 当Φuse≥1300lm时:Pref =0.07341Φuse (2)若EEI≤0.11,为A++级;0.11≤EEI≤0.17,为A+级;0.17≤EEI≤0.24,为A级;0.24≤EEI≤0.6,为B级;0.6≤EEI≤0.8,为C级;0.8≤EEI≤0.95,为D级;EEI>0.95,为E级。 3.数据应用: 能效指数是评估灯具能效的重要指标之一,灯具出厂前进行等效分析,以适配乌克兰第聂伯罗商场灯应用场景下的照明需求;同时也可为厂商优化灯具设计方案提供数据支撑,提高灯具的节能性能和使用寿命。
Before lamps leave the factory, data related to the Energy Efficiency Index (EEI) of lamps for shopping malls in Dnipro, Ukraine is collected, to determine the energy efficiency grade of the lamps, adapt to the lighting requirements of this specific scenario, guide the optimal design of the lamps, and improve their energy-saving performance and service life. 1. Data Source: Before the lamps leave the factory, finished lamps intended for shopping malls in Dnipro, Ukraine are randomly sampled, and parameters such as the input voltage, current, luminous flux, and power factor of these lamps are collected. 2. Data Processing (1) Conduct energy efficiency grade (EEI) analysis on the lamps based on the collected parameters: EEI = P × PF / Pref = IV × PF / Pref; Where P is the rated power of the lamp, PF is the power factor, Pref is the reference power of the lamp, and Φ_use is the effective luminous flux of the lamp. When Φ_use < 1300 lm: Pref = 0.88 × √Φ_use + 0.049 × Φ_use When Φ_use ≥ 1300 lm: Pref = 0.07341 × Φ_use (2) Energy efficiency grade classification: If EEI ≤ 0.11, it is Grade A++; if 0.11 ≤ EEI ≤ 0.17, it is Grade A+; if 0.17 ≤ EEI ≤ 0.24, it is Grade A; if 0.24 ≤ EEI ≤ 0.6, it is Grade B; if 0.6 ≤ EEI ≤ 0.8, it is Grade C; if 0.8 ≤ EEI ≤ 0.95, it is Grade D; if EEI > 0.95, it is Grade E. 3. Data Application The Energy Efficiency Index (EEI) is one of the important indicators for evaluating lamp energy efficiency. Conducting EEI analysis before lamps leave the factory can adapt to the lighting requirements of the shopping mall lamp application scenario in Dnipro, Ukraine; meanwhile, it can also provide data support for manufacturers to optimize lamp design schemes, improving the energy-saving performance and service life of the lamps.
