Loss of circSry leads to decreased gammaH2AX levels and impairs spermatogenesis

Purpose:To gain a deeper insight into how circSry regulates spermatogenesis in spermatocytes, RNA-sequencing (RNA-seq) was performed to analyze the genome-wide changes by circSry deletion. Total RNA was extracted from primary spermatocytes of circSry KO mice and Wild-type mice and generated by deep sequencing, in two replicates, using Illumina HiSeq 2500.研究目的：为深入探究环状Sry RNA（circSry）在精母细胞中对精子发生的调控作用，本研究通过RNA测序（RNA-sequencing, RNA-seq）分析circSry缺失后全基因组的表达变化。实验从circSry基因敲除（circSry KO）小鼠与野生型小鼠的初级精母细胞中提取总RNA，采用Illumina HiSeq 2500测序平台开展深度测序，共设置两个生物学重复。
