本数据集围绕CIGS薄膜组件中的超高水汽阻隔封装前膜设计与制备的关键技术问题展开研究。利用PECVD与PEALD两种先进镀膜工艺的协同作用,优势互补,设计出新型复合结构无机/无机阻隔层薄膜,进一步结合涂敷工艺制备有机保护层,提高透光率,成功开发了透明柔性超高阻水膜。课题产生的科学数据主要包括水蒸气透过率、透光率等测试数据。
This dataset focuses on key technical issues in the design and fabrication of ultra-high water-vapor barrier encapsulation front films for CIGS thin-film modules. By leveraging the synergistic effect and complementary strengths of two advanced thin-film deposition processes, plasma-enhanced chemical vapor deposition (PECVD) and plasma-enhanced atomic layer deposition (PEALD), we designed novel composite-structured inorganic/inorganic barrier layer thin films. Furthermore, combined with a coating process to prepare organic protective layers and improve light transmittance, we successfully developed transparent flexible ultra-high water-barrier films. The scientific data generated in this study mainly include test data such as water vapor transmission rate and light transmittance.
