The data is authorized to foreign peer enterprises for the purpose of applying for South Korea's market access license. We hereby undertake that when carrying out data processing and cross-border data transmission, we will strictly comply with the Cybersecurity Law of the People's Republic of China, Data Security Law of the People's Republic of China, Personal Information Protection Law of the People's Republic of China, Measures for the Security Assessment of Data Outbound, Measures for the Standard Contract for Outbound Personal Information, Regulations on Promoting and Regulating Cross-Border Data Flows, as well as relevant regulations, normative documents and data security standards issued by the Cyberspace Administration of China.
