Towards an Objective and High-throughput Quantification Method for Spheroid Invasion Assays

Multicellular spheroid invasion assays are a useful tool for modeling 3D cell invasion behavior, so the ability to reproducibly and subjectively quantify images of invading spheroids is critical for spheroid invasion analysis. This dataset contains images of spheroids used in the related publication which we quantified using the MATLAB script provided in Github (link in publication). These images are the original 24-bit z-slice images obtained from the Keyence BZ-X series microscope. As described in the publication, the microscope analyzer software was used to generate max projection images which were then used for analysis.
