We report that simvastatin induces an immunoregulatory transcriptional profile in endothelial cells that is potent to modulate CD4+ T cell biology. Human umbilical vein endothelial cells were cultutred in presence of 1 or 10 µM simvastatin or vehicle for 24 hours (duplicate conditions). Total RNA was isolated and RNA-seq libraries were prepared using 8-bp barcodes with standard Illumina adaptors.
