This dataset contains 69 commercial-scale solar chimney configurations (125–290 m height, 165–320 m collector diameter) generated via ANSYS Fluent CFD simulations and calibrated against Manzanares, Arizona, and Jinshawan prototypes. Each case includes 8 parameters and electric power output (85.6–215.4 kW) with 0.89% MAE vs. real-world benchmarks. Designed for ML modeling, LCOE analysis, and 1–5 MW plant design.
