Experimental designs and reference genomes for: <b>Genome-Centric Meta-RNA-Seq Analysis of Polyethylene and Polystyrene Fed </b><b><i>Galleria mellonella</i></b>

Using two FASTA files as reference genomes, we conducted separate meta-RNA-Seq quantifications. One utilized GM03PP as the reference genome, with a corresponding experimental design, and the other employed I. sakaiensis as the reference with its respective experimental design the respective reference genomes are available in annotated fasta files and corresponding GFF files. The source BioProjects for the input FASTQ files for RNA-Seq quantification were PRJNA759905, PRJNA699031, and PRJNA687344, obtained through NCBI.
