Japanese adaptation of the EAS and the KEPS

This dataset contains materials created during the development of the Japanese version of a questionnaire assessing knowledge and attitudes toward exercise during pregnancy.The five files include the following:(1) Original questionnaire items and records of forward translation,(2) Records of back-translation,(3) Draft Japanese version,(4) Pilot test results,(5)(6) Japanese Version Evaluation Form.This material was created for research developing a useful measurement tool for knowledge and attitudes about pregnancy and exercise in Japan.All potentially identifiable personal information has been removed.
