This dataset centers on a specific permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) stator integrated with a front end cover, rear end cover, protective layer mechanism, heat dissipation mechanism, clamping mechanism, and frame. Recorded Contents: Covers core parameters including temperature, vibration, current, and voltage during the stator's operation, while also correlating with monitoring data on the operating efficiency of the heat dissipation mechanism and the stability of the clamping mechanism. Data Source: Operating data of the motor stator under various load and rotational speed operating conditions is collected in real time via sensors, combined with physical characteristic parameters of the stator's structure including the protective layer and clamping mechanism. Data Value: Fully reflects the operating state of the stator with this specific structure, and provides data support for analyzing the impact of structural designs such as heat dissipation and clamping on stator performance.
