cartloader OpenST Starter Tutorial Results

The repository is part of a cartloader public tutorial (https://seqscope.github.io/cartloader/vignettes/subregion_tutorials/openst/) based on the OpenST Starter mouse datase. It showcases how to use cartloader (https://seqscope.github.io/cartloader/) toolkit to analyze and convert spatial transcriptomics data into web-optimized, spatially indexed PMTiles for downstream analysis, interactive web visualization, and data sharing across platforms. This repository provides PMTiles files for SGE dataset and its spatial factors from FICTURE analysis. These PMTiles files were generated using run_cartload2 from the cartloader toolkit.
