Gene expression analysis of hESCs undergoing neuronal differentiation exposed to citalopram. Gene expression analysis of hESCs undergoing neuronal differentiation exposed to citalopram
收藏资源简介:
Genome-wide gene expression profiling of human embryonic stem cells (hESCs) undergoing neuronal differentiation at four distinct time-points. hESCs are differentiated towards neuronal cells for 13 days, and sampled for downstream analysis at day 0, 6, 10 and 13 . Cells exposed to 50, 100, 200 and 400 nM citalopram from Day 1 were charachterised at Day 6, 10 and 13. Overall design: Genome wide gene expression profiling of (n= 89) samples from human embryonic stem cells (hESCs) at day 0, 6, 10 and 13 of neuronal differentiation. Cells were exposed to citalopram from Day 1 and onwards. Submitters state "raw data is not provided due to data sensitivity. We have used embryonic stem cells and there is a possibility of tracing back data to the donor, thus we are not allowed to share raw data".
