Sugar beet transcriptomic response to beet curly top virus infection

The goal of this study was to evaluate two sugar beet varieties transcriptomic response to beet curly top virus (BCTV) infection over time. Each library is from three pooled plants of a single variety that were fed upon by either virus-infected or uninfected beet leafhoppers and collected on day 1, day 7, or day 14.
