Gene expression profiles of mutant ASXL1 knock-in HSPCs

To assess the effect of mutant ASXL1 (ASXL1-MT) on gene expression and RNA splicing in hematopoietic cells, we performed RNA-seq using HSPCs (bone marrow lineage-, c-Kit+ cells) derived from control or ASXL1-MT-KI mice. Overall design: Total RNA extracted from bone marrow LK cells derived from 8- to 12-week-old littermate wild-type and ASXL1-MT-KI mice were subjected to RNA-Seq analysis. Three biologically independent experiments were perfomed for each sample.
