Heterozygous and Homozygous Knock-Out of USP7 mouse models [mouse_RNA-seq]

RNAseq analysis of USP7 conditional knock-out (cKO) mice. They were designed to flox exon 6 of USP7 and to allow deletion of exon 6 upon expression of Cre recombinase 27. USP7FL/FL mice were bred with Vav1-Cre mice to obtain USP7FL/wt-Vav1-Cre mice (heterozygote). USP7FL/FL-Vav1-Cre mice (homozygote) were obtained via breeding of heterozygous cKO mice. Single allele KO (n = 3), bi-allelic KO (n = 3), wild-type with cre-induced (n = 2), wild-type without cre-induction (n = 2)针对USP7条件性敲除（conditional knock-out，cKO）小鼠的RNA测序（RNA-seq）分析。该模型将USP7的第6号外显子通过flox位点进行侧翼标记，可在Cre重组酶表达时介导该外显子的缺失[27]。将USP7FL/FL小鼠与Vav1-Cre小鼠交配繁育，得到USP7FL/wt-Vav1-Cre杂合子小鼠；通过杂合型cKO小鼠之间的交配繁育，获得USP7FL/FL-Vav1-Cre纯合子小鼠。本数据集涵盖单等位基因敲除组（n = 3）、双等位基因敲除组（n = 3）、经Cre诱导的野生型组（n = 2）以及未进行Cre诱导的野生型组（n = 2）。
