Filtered gene set model of the <i>Alectoris rufa</i> genome

In this supplementary data, we provide the high-confidence gene set model for the assembled <i>Alectoris rufa</i> (red-legged partridge) genome. This includes three annotation files in the GFF3 format:<b>All_gene-set_model_of_Arufa</b>: This file contains the complete gene set model for the Alectoris rufa genome.<b><i>High_confidence_8509_gene_model_by-RNAseq</i></b>: This file contains the genes model found in the<i> Alectoris rufa</i> genome and were confirmed by RNA sequencing (RNAseq) data.<b>19266_non-redundanre_gene_by_orthologs_or_RNAseq</b>: This file contains a non-redundant gene set confirmed by either: 1) The presence of orthologous genes in closely related species (Gallus gallus (chicken) or Coturnix japonica (Japanese quail)) or 2) RNAseq data from <i>Alectoris rufa, </i>This is the recommended annotation gene set for further downstream analysis.These files provide a valuable resource for further research on the red-legged partridge and related species.
