1. Data Statistics: Collect the weft-direction tearing strength measured values of polyester fabrics of all models and batches provided by the company's quality inspection department, and confirm the standard values of weft-direction tearing strength.
2. Data Processing: Calculate the average tearing strength based on the sampled measured values of weft-direction tearing strength for each model and batch of polyester fabrics. Then, calculate the rating index for the weft-direction tearing strength of the corresponding polyester fabric model and batch using the formula: (average tearing strength - standard tearing strength) / standard tearing strength. Finally, determine the weft-direction tearing strength rating based on the rating index, where: Grade A corresponds to rating index ≥ 0.2; Grade B corresponds to 0.2 > rating index ≥ 0.1; Grade C corresponds to 0.1 > rating index ≥ 0; Grade D corresponds to rating index < 0.
