Results from running the code solar-battery-world, described in a blog post Solar and batteries can power the world. The average system cost field "average_cost" only refers to the solar, wind and battery components. To add in the backup cost, see the blog and/or code. Note when reading the results that a flat demand of 100 MW is assumed. "capex" is fixed cost (including annualised overnight cost and FOM). The best way to understand the definitions is to look in the code.
