<b>Hysterectomy via Transluminal Endoscopic Surgery from Vaginal Natural Orifices under Regional Anesthesia</b>

This prospective cohort study aimed to evaluate the feasibility and outcomes of performing hysterectomy under spinal anesthesia using the V-NOTES technique. The study was conducted at Şanlıurfa Education and Research Hospital between July and October 2024. Participants included patients aged 30-70 years with an ASA of Anesthesiologists physical status classification of I or II, who were indicated for hysterectomy due to uterine, cervical, or adnexal conditions. A total of Sseventeen patients underwent hysterectomy via V-NOTES under spinal anesthesia.
