1. Data Processing: Conduct desensitization, denoising, cleaning, aggregation and analysis on various data of each drug in the pharmacy, covering fields such as serial number, product code, product name, unit, specification, retail price (yuan), purchase quantity, sales quantity, inventory quantity, total sales volume, sales proportion and grade classification.
2. Data Calculation and Classification:
(1) Calculate the total sales volume of each drug: Total sales volume of a single drug = Retail price × Sales quantity.
(2) Calculate sales proportion: First, use the SUM function to calculate the overall total sales volume; Sales proportion = (Sales volume of individual drug / Overall total sales volume) × 100.
(3) Perform grade classification on the sales proportion of each drug via the ABCDE classification method, with the criteria as follows: Class A when proportion ≥ 0.1; Class B when 0.05 ≤ proportion < 0.1; Class C when 0.025 ≤ proportion < 0.05; Class D when 0.0125 ≤ proportion < 0.025; Class E when proportion < 0.0125.
