Platelet alloimmunized and non-alloimmunized AML patients have differences in their immune system. CD4+ CD45RA- T cells were characterized in scRNAseq. Overall design: BD Rhapsody technology was used to assess the protein and RNA expression in the memory CD4+ T lymphocytes in AML patients. Up to 7 patients were multiplexed per sample.
