DryadData_Matrices_update

Data matrices containing: 1. pairwise Fst scores for all 13 populations. 2. geographic distances between each population according to whether the distance occurs over forest or meadow habitat, the sum of which is the total distance. 3. movement indices for individuals before the demographic crash and after.

本数据集为包含以下三类内容的数据矩阵：1. 全部13个种群的两两Fst（Fixation Index）得分；2. 每对种群间的地理距离，该距离依据其穿越的生境类型分为森林生境下的距离与草甸生境下的距离，二者之和即为总地理距离；3. 种群数量崩溃前后的个体移动指数。
