We report the gene expression profiles of FACS-sorted OT-I cells stimulated with N4 or Y3 peptide with or without corticosteroids. OT-I cells were stimulated with N4 or Y3 peptide and treated with corticosteroids in vitro for 4 days. mRNA expression was examined with microarray. 1) N4 peptide-primed OT-I cells, 2) N4 peptide-primed OT-I cells treated with corticosteroids, 3) Y3 peptide-primed OT-I cells, 4) Y3 peptide-primed OT-I cells treated with corticosteroids
