综合医院入院患者画像数据集

数据采集整合医院系统获取患者性别、年龄、入院时间、医保类型、电子病历系统与科室分诊台账，覆盖“患者基本信息-诊疗需求-入院场景”全链路；数据加工阶段通过结构化规整，将年龄、住院号、地址、手机号码等敏感信息进行脱敏加工、数据清洗，同时关联科室与病种，形成标准化患者画像数据集。Data collection integrates data from hospital systems, including patient gender, age, admission time, medical insurance type, electronic medical record (EMR) systems and department triage ledgers, covering the entire end-to-end pipeline of "patient basic information - diagnostic needs - admission scenario". In the data processing stage, through structured standardization, sensitive information such as age, hospital admission number, address and mobile phone number is desensitized and cleaned. Meanwhile, departments and disease types are associated to form a standardized patient portrait dataset.
