This dataset captures anonymous survey responses from undergraduate students who use ChatGPT to support their academic work (e.g., understanding concepts, completing assignments, and writing). It records how students write their prompts (Prompt Quality), how they judge the usefulness and accuracy of ChatGPT’s answers (AI Response Quality), and how much they feel they learn from the interaction (Perceived Learning Outcomes). Most responses are 1–5 Likert-scale ratings, and the dataset also includes basic demographics and ChatGPT usage habits such as frequency and main purposes of use. Data were collected through an online structured questionnaire.
