Number of replies “Yes” to the question “Does the handler at the meeting understand what you said?”, divided by the number of respondents to the question in total. The answer options were ‘Yes’, ‘Part-wise’ and ‘No’. The survey is not a total survey why the result for a municipality may be based on a smaller number of users’ answers, but at least five. The survey has been conducted using questionnaires adapted for people with disabilities (e.g. optional pictograms or reading).
