Raw Data _ Factors Influencing Life Satisfaction and Mental Health in College Students

The dataset titled “Raw Data _ Factors Influencing Life Satisfaction and Mental Health in College Students” was collected from students enrolled at three universities in Henan Province, China. The survey was conducted between September and December 2024 via the online platform Questionnaire Star (www.Sojump.com). After removing invalid responses, a total of 712 valid questionnaires were retained for analysis. This study focuses on key factors influencing college students' life satisfaction and mental health, including physical activity, body image, and self-esteem, to explore their impact on life satisfaction and mental health. The dataset provides valuable insights into the factors affecting life satisfaction and mental health among college students in Henan Province.
