Key active mercury methylating microorganisms and their synergistic effects on methylmercury production in paddy soils

The data presented here represent the raw data of some indicators from paddy soils. The data include total mercury concentrations, methylmercury concentrations, methylmercury isotope, pH, DOM concentration, nitrate, sulfate, reductive iron and sulfur. Meanwhile, the dataset also includes the abundance of hgcA gene and the buoyancy density of DNA samples.
