This repository contains the code accompanying the paper:<br>"Comparative Analysis of Bioreactor Design and Scale-Up for Cultivated Meat Using Monte Carlo-Based Timescale Modeling"<br>This codebase implements a Monte Carlo-based timescale analysis framework for evaluating and comparing three bioreactor types for large-scale mammalian cell culture:<br>- STR - Stirred Tank Reactor- BC - Bubble Column- ALR - Airlift Reactor (external loop configuration)<br>The framework assesses reactor performance by comparing characteristic timescales for mass transfer, mixing, heat transfer, and cell metabolism to determine feasible operating regions at industrial scale.
