Carbon and sulfur cycling rate measurements and geochemistry from three sites in the northern South China Sea

We investigated the microbial mediated carbon and sulfur cycling in cold seep sediments of northern South China Sea. The dataset reports sediment geochemistry and rates of anaerobic oxidation of methane, methanogenesis, and sulfate reduction measured with radiotracers from three study sites.
