Germination trials of six Fabaceae species from Mexican dry deciduous forest

Observations are replicates for each treatment (combination of light, scarification and temperature) indicating the amount of seeds that germinated each day of the experiment. Data has a column for "species", one for the "replicate" (4 replicates per treatment), one for "light" regime, which indicates darkness (off) or light (on); one column to indicate if they were scarified (1) or not (0); other column for the temperature. The rest of the columns indicate each day of the germination experiment. Last column indicate the total amount of seeds each replicate had.
