中西医临床诊疗医学本体数据集

本数据包含西医医学和中医医学两个医学体系的术语内容。西医包含疾病、症状、解剖、手术、药品、检验检查、医疗器械、生物、护理、基因、基因突变等，中医包含疾病、症状、证候、中药、中医治疗、中医人体基础等。本数据以国家及各地卫生健康委和医疗保障局发布的行业资源和医学书籍中的临床术语为基础进行构建，按照预定义的本体模型对不同来源的医学术语进行概念归一及结构重组，可应用于临床记录、垂直搜索、语义标注、数据分析、决策支持以及信息互换。This dataset contains terminological content covering two medical systems: Western medicine and Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM). Western medicine includes categories such as diseases, symptoms, anatomy, surgeries, pharmaceuticals, diagnostic examinations, medical devices, biology, nursing, genes, gene mutations, among others; while Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) covers categories including TCM diseases, symptoms, syndrome patterns, Chinese herbal medicines, TCM therapies, basic TCM human physiology, and more. This dataset is constructed based on clinical terminologies sourced from industry resources and medical books issued by national and local health commissions and medical security administrations, with conceptual normalization and structural reorganization performed on medical terminologies from different sources according to a pre-defined ontology model. It can be applied to clinical documentation, vertical search, semantic annotation, data analysis, decision support, and information interchange.
