Dataset and supplementary files - Electrified curved bar rack bypass systems - electric field and effects on species-specific fish behaviour
收藏资源简介:
Videos_Rack_Interactions - Compiled videos consisting of all individual rack interactions observed for the tested configurations (Table 7.1). Videos for exploratory setups as listed below are also included. For scale reference, the white crosses on the flume bottom are spaced 50 cm apart in flow direction. In the direction transversal to the flow, they are placed at y = 0.1, 0.375, 0.750 abd 1.125. The Bypass is 25 cm wide. Exploratory: Trout, C7 with 5.5, 8, 10.5 V Versuchsresultate_Flume2020_CBR.xlsx- Excel document containing the observed behaviours for the CBR experiments with European eel ID - Experiment ID. For each experiment, three fish were tested in the flume corresponding to ID-1, ID-2, ID-3 Date_Catch - Date of Electrofishing Date - Date of experiment Start_Exp - Start of experiment Conf - Configuration according to tab - Configurations U0 - Average approach flow velocity U_by - Average flow velocity in the bypass Fish_ID Verwendung - Value between 1 and 3, indicating if the fish is exposed to the flume for the first, second or third time TL - Total length Height - Height of the fish Eye - Eye diameter Time_L1 - time at which a fish entered the area observable from the side window Time_Behaviour - Time the behaviour was exhibited By without contact, By with contact, Refusal controlled, Refusal aprupt, Rack passage - Value 1 if this behaviour was exhibited, 0 otherwise. Rheotaxis contact - Rheotaxis when approaching the rack and exhibiting the behaviour - P= positive, N = negative Location contact - B = close to the flume bottom, M = middle of the water column T_Tanks, T_canal, Cond Kanal - Temperature in °C of the holding tanks and the flume and specific conductivity at the time of the experiment. Versuchsresultate_Flume2022_CBR.xlsm- Excel document containing the observed behaviours for the f-CBR experiments with European eel, chub and brown trout
