青岛地铁5号线全域数字化BIM数据是青岛地铁集团在轨道交通建设领域推进“数字孪生、全域数字化”转型的重要成果。数据覆盖项目全生命周期,包含设计、施工等关键阶段的模型文件与属性信息,系统记录线路全长32.6公里、27座车站、28个区间及车辆基地的工程要素。通过BIM技术体系,将建筑物、管线、构件等几何与工程属性进行标准化建模与数字化管理,实现从二维图纸向三维信息模型、从单点设计向全过程信息集成的升级。数据采用多层级架构,包括模型版本管理与构件属性管理两大核心层面,涵盖模型编号、形成阶段、LOD等级及构件属性、空间位置、结构特征等字段,形成结构化与非结构化数据融合的完整模型体系。截至2025年9月,累计形成模型文件1,128个(约25.63GB)、结构化属性数据6,020万条(6.8GB),总规模约32.43GB。该数据资产为工程设计优化、施工过程控制、质量管理及后期资产运维提供了全面、可靠的数字基础,体现出显著的工程管理与经济价值。

The full-domain digital BIM data of Qingdao Metro Line 5 is a pivotal achievement of Qingdao Metro Group in advancing the "digital twin and full-domain digitalization" transformation within the rail transit construction sector. The data covers the entire life cycle of the project, encompassing model files and attribute information from key stages such as design and construction. It systematically records the engineering elements of the 32.6-kilometer-long line, which includes 27 stations, 28 track sections and the vehicle depot. Leveraging the BIM technical framework, geometric and engineering attributes of buildings, pipelines, components and other entities are standardizedly modeled and digitally managed, enabling the upgrade from two-dimensional drawings to three-dimensional information models, and from single-point design to whole-process information integration. The data adopts a multi-level architecture, with two core modules: model version management and component attribute management. It covers fields such as model number, creation stage, Level of Development (LOD) grade, component attributes, spatial location, structural characteristics and more, forming a complete model system that integrates structured and unstructured data. As of September 2025, a cumulative total of 1,128 model files (approximately 25.63 GB) and 60.2 million structured attribute data entries (6.8 GB) have been developed, with an overall scale of about 32.43 GB. This data asset provides a comprehensive and reliable digital foundation for engineering design optimization, construction process control, quality management and post-operation maintenance of assets, demonstrating significant engineering management and economic value.
