Metadata, individual and co-assembled fecal esMAGdb, and biopsy contigs

Data from High-resolution recovery of epithelial-associated gut microbiota using new alignment approach and an environment-specific reference database: Metagenomic bacterial contig data from biopsies extracted using three different extraction kits (Section 3.2, dataset 1), the bacterial contig data from biopsies extracted using the Molzym kit (Section 3.3, dataset 2), the individually assembled and co-assembled metagenomic contig data from faecal samples – esMAGdb contigs (Section 3.4, dataset 3), and mixed-assembly MAGs from the faecal samples, including a HQ MAG filtered esMAGdb version (Section 3.4, dataset 4). The repository also includes the associated esMAGdb metadata and code examples of the bash script. Data for the generated MAGs are available in the supplementary (Sup. Table 3).
