Description of INSPIRE Download Service (predefined Atom): Potential land for the installation and entry of soil material according to Section 12 BBodSchV according to soil area data Hessen 1:5000 for agricultural land (BFD5L) — The basis of the method is the working aid of the Land Working Group on Soil Protection (LABO) “Complete support to the requirements for the application and insertion of materials on or into the soil (§ 12 of the Federal Soil Protection and Landfill Ordinance/BBodSchV)”. For the purpose of the work aid, areas for which soil application or entry is potentially possible, as well as areas for which a soil application or entry is to be omitted, are identified. — The link(s) for downloading the records is/are generated dynamically from GetFeature requests to a WFS 1.1.0INSPIRE下载服务（预定义Atom格式）：基于黑森州1:5000比例尺农用地土壤区域数据（BFD5L）的、符合《联邦土壤保护与填埋场条例（BBodSchV）》第12条规定的土壤物料安装与输入潜在用地。本数据集的方法依据为土壤保护土地工作组（Land Working Group on Soil Protection，LABO）编制的工作指南《完全满足在土壤表面或土壤内部应用及置入物料的相关要求（联邦土壤保护与填埋场条例/BBodSchV第12条）》。该工作指南的核心目标为识别两类区域：一类是可潜在开展土壤物料应用或输入的区域，另一类是需禁止土壤物料应用或输入的区域。数据集记录的下载链接通过向网络要素服务（Web Feature Service，WFS）1.1.0版本发起获取要素（GetFeature）请求动态生成。
