Multiplex chemical screen identifies broad-acting viral protease inhibitors

We developed and utilized a cell-based multiplex chemical screening platform in the discovery of novel small molecule inhibitors to a wide variety of viral proteases including those from the coronaviridae, picornaviridae, and retroviridae. This scalable technology enables high-throughput and simultaneous identification of broad-acting compounds, and can also be applied to other groups of target proteins.
