ZIP-file containing confocal image stacks from MCF7 (GFP) 3D mono-cultures embedded in collagen and grown in 96-well plates. The cultures are stained with Hoechst and EdU and treated with DMSO (control samples), Fulvestrant, or docetaxel. Images are 8-bit multi-channel image stacks containing the Hoechst, GFP, EdU (and brightfield) channel. The pixelsize is ( 1.25 x 1.25 x 10 ) micron (10x magnification). Images are in CZI-format.
