验光数据先通过登记基础信息、初查视力与眼部健康获取初步情况；再用电脑验光仪测基础度数，经综合验光仪精调球镜、散光、轴位，瞳距仪测瞳距；最后试戴镜片复核适配性，微调至视物清晰无不适，确定最终数据，同步存档纸质与电子记录。Optometry data is collected through a standardized three-stage workflow: First, preliminary patient information is obtained by registering basic personal details, conducting initial visual acuity assessments and eye health screenings. Next, the basic refractive power is measured using a computerized autorefractor, followed by fine-tuning of the spherical correction, astigmatism and optical axis with a phoropter, and measurement of the interpupillary distance with an interpupillary distance meter. Finally, a fitting verification is carried out by having the subject wear trial lenses; minor adjustments are made until clear, comfortable vision is achieved, after which the final optometry parameters are confirmed. Both paper and electronic records of the finalized data are then synchronously archived.
