Aselloidea isopods genomes and transcriptomes sequencing and denovo assemblies

Aselloidea isopods are composed of numerous surface and subterranean species. By sequencing and assembling transcriptomes of many surface/subterranean pairs, we aim at studying the impact of this major ecological transition on the evolution of the genome.
